Here’s what’s included:

• A video walkthrough (15 to 20 minutes) where I go through your site the way a visitor would, pointing out what’s working, what’s not, and why it matters.
• A written summary that recaps everything from the video in one easy-to-reference document covering first impressions, what’s working, what needs attention, and where I’d focus first.
• A clear path forward, whether that means tackling the changes yourself, handing your summary to your web person, or booking a Reset Day where I handle it for you (with your review fee applied as a credit).

How it works

STEP 1

You sign up and tell me about your site.
After checkout, you’ll fill out a short form with your website URL and a little context about what’s bugging you most (it’s okay if you’re not sure!).

STEP 2

I review your site and record your video.
Within 3 to 5 business days, I’ll go through your site and record a video walkthrough covering first impressions, the basics that need to work, and what to focus on first.

STEP 3

You get your video and written summary.
Everything lands in your inbox, ready to watch, reference, and act on whenever you’re ready.
